Seattle, WA–Genesis Advanced Technologies has launched a comprehensive upgrade plan for existing Genesis customers.
Owners of Genesis loudspeaker systems manufactured by Genesis from 1989 to 2000 can now take advantage of the company’s advances. Upgrades fall into three categories: midrange ribbons, woofers and amplifiers/plate amplifiers.
“Owners of our tower systems–Gen I, II, II.5, 200, 300 and 350–have the opportunity to significantly improve the midrange ribbons,” said Genesis chief scientist, Arnie Nudell. “We worked extensively with Bohlender-Graebener to develop a ribbon built to our exacting standards. We also refined the crossover design for optimal integration of the ribbon within the entire speaker system. The result is a marked improvement in clarity, definition and imaging.”
The loudspeaker system upgrades are available through authorized Genesis dealers and distributors worldwide.
