Grandview Screen recently received a report from Intertek (ETL Rating) informing the company that its in-ceiling projection screens have met the requirements of UL 2043.

Grandview Screen recently received a report from Intertek (ETL Rating) informing the company that its in-ceiling projection screens have met the requirements of UL 2043: Fire test for Heat and Visible Smoke Release for Discrete Products and the Accessories installed in Air-Handling Spaces.
This rating is required for those municipalities that call for in the ceiling/plenum rating. Many of the largest cities in the United States require plenum rating or compliance with UL 2043.
The following independent certifications have been completed by Grandviews projection screens:
Imaging Science Foundation certification for our Reference Screen Series screen fabrics: WB5, UHD130, AW6
ETL/Plenum Rating Status
SH Acoustics Testing – Tested for acoustic transparency – certain theater screens
