Gutin Joins Bay Audio as VP, Sales and Mktg

Aaron Gutin will serve as Bay Audio’s VP of sales and marketing for North America.

Aaron Gutin’s love for music and the audio industry began early in life in New Jersey. Now he will have the chance to showcase Bay Audio’s premium architectural loudspeakers, custom soundbars, home theater solutions, and outdoor loudspeakers to AV dealers and technology integrators throughout the North America.

Gutin will serve as Bay Audio’s VP of sales and marketing for North America.

He began his career in hi-fi retail and custom integration in the greater New York area before moving to Los Angeles. He then applied his passion and CE industry savvy over a highly successful seven years with Access Networks, which he guided from a small, Southern California IT firm into an industry leader in enterprise-grade networking technology for the automated home.

In his new position at Bay Audio, Gutin brings a decade of experience and a bird’s eye view of the CI channel.

“The opportunity to join the Bay Audio family at this moment in our industry’s evolution is extremely intriguing,” Gutin stated. “With market indicators continuing to report an increased interest in sound quality amongst consumers and the burgeoning proliferation of high resolution audio formats taking shape, I am confident that the future holds great things for a premium loudspeaker brand such as Bay Audio.”

In his role as VP of sales and marketing, Gutin will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with independent sales rep firms as well as key dealers, new product launches and tradeshow activities. At CEDIA EXPO 2014, Bay Audio will unveil new products for custom integrators including the PTM+ home theater solution.

“Bay Audio represents an ideal opportunity to make the most of Aaron’s diverse skillset, his passion for great sound and his overall enthusiasm and energy,” noted Bay Audio CEO Ira Friedman.
