Harman High Performance A/V has appointed Ron Rouse to global vertical market manager, home theater, and Todd Westfall to western sales manager. The appointments are intended to strengthen the sales team of Harman ’s Revel, Mark Levinson, JBL Synthesis, and Lexicon brands.

Ron Rouse

Rouse and Westfall will both report to John Batliner, VP of sales for HPAV.

Rouse, a 15-year veteran of Harman, will be responsible for overseeing global sales initiatives for the JBL Synthesis and Lexicon product lines and increasing HPAV’s market share in the home theater segment. Rouse most recently held the position of western sales manager for HPAV and also previously handled U.S. sales for JBL Synthesis.

“Ron’s hands-on experiences combined with his technical know-how and sales capabilities make him a perfect fit for this role. I’m confident that he’ll take our home theater business to the next level,” Batliner stated.

Todd Westfall
Westfall will be responsible for managing sales for all HPAV brands as well as providing dealer level support in the western portion of the United States. Westfall most recently held the position of national sales manager for B&K Components and was responsible for all U.S.-based sales and marketing, working directly with a team of sales representatives and dealers.

“We’re thrilled to add Todd’s experience and leadership to our already strong team. His past experience in hi-fi, home theater and whole home audio will benefit him well in managing our brands in the Western part of the U.S.,” Batliner added.
