In an effort to increase the support and services offered to its dealers around the country, Harman High Performance A/V has appointed four new representative firms to serve customers throughout the eastern and western United States.
These new representatives include Colorado-based PMP Marketing, New Jersey-based Audio Associates, Massachusetts-based Bishop Audio Services, and Florida-based AMI Sales.
PMP Marketing Inc. has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential A/V marketplace. With offices throughout the western U.S., this firm has a long track record of providing dealers with comprehensive technical and design support, thorough product knowledge, and fast and efficient order processing times, according to Harman.
“PMP Marketing Inc. is a world-class representative firm, and its appointment has allowed us to bring an unparalleled level of services to our dealers,” said John Batliner, VP of sales, HPAV. “With offices spread out through a number of western states, PMP Marketing, Inc. is allowing us to listen closely to our dealers in the region and is ensuring that we will continue to provide them with the right products for success.”
Audio Associates has been a New York City consumer electronics specialty representative firm for more than 32 years. The company joined as an HPAV representative firm on May 1, 2010 and has already made an immediate and profound impact, according to the manufacturer.
Bishop Audio Services was brought on to serve as HPAV’s representative in New England on July 1, 2010. Located in Newburyport, Massachusetts, this firm enjoys a similarly strong culture of dealer care and technical expertise, and has successfully represented a variety of leading A/V manufacturers for more than 17 years.
AMI Sales was brought on as an HPAV representative firm at the beginning of February 2010. Based in Hollywood, Florida, it has covered Florida for more than 30 years, and has a sales staff experience of over 100 years. The team is led by industry veteran Keith Halpen and supported by a number of other proven industry experts, including Bill Lipp, VP sales; Ray Miller, VP technology; Bret Karuza, senior sales.
“With the addition of these representative firms, we’re sending a message to our dealers that we’re going to do whatever it takes to provide them with the best possible service available,” Batliner continued. “Each of these new firms brings an unparalleled level of industry experience and technical expertise that will translate to better service and improved sales for our dealers throughout the country.”
