Anaheim, CA — Home Entertainment Source (HES), the AV specialty division of Brand Source, recently announced the results of its board elections, with World Wide Stereo’s’ Bob Cole as the new president. Cole, the founder and owner of Bob & Ron’s World Wide Stereo, will serve his second term as group president.
“It’s a privilege and a responsibility to sit on a board representing over 527 dealers,” Cole said. “I take my role as president very seriously. Our vendor relationships are key, and we need to see that the alliances we’ve forged buys us the leverage we need to make margin in all categories, not just video. It’s going to be a great year.”
Former group president Stuart Schuster of Marvin Electronics, Vance Pflanz of Pflanz Electronics, Bill Janka of Mission Audio Video, Marty Hayse of Dennis Sage Home Entertainment, David Pidgeon of Starpower Home Entertainment Systems, and Andy Kersey of Hamlin & Kersey will continue their service to the board.
