The Home Technology Specialists of America has added Dallas Sight and Sound Inc. as its second representative in the Dallas market and 60th member nationwide.

Experts in the design, installation, and integration of high-end audio, video, and control systems, the Addison, Texas, company has been outfitting homes and businesses with top-of-the-line electronics since 1984.

“Membership in HTSA is a landmark achievement for our company,” Dallas Sight and Sound CEO David Rogers said. “We’ve spent 26 years establishing ourselves as Dallas’ go-to source for expert-installed custom electronic systems, so the invitation to join the ranks of our industry’s leading group of custom installers was exciting for us. HTSA is all about synergy—sharing, learning, and growing within its ever-changing industry. We look forward to collaborating with peers who share the common goals of better serving our clientele and staying relevant to their lifestyle.”

Richard Glikes, Executive Director of HTSA said he believes that Dallas Sight and Sound is the perfect fit for his group. “They deliver the high-quality service that we expect from members, and David Rogers brings a unique perspective on the world of custom installation that you can only garner from a quarter century in the business,” he said. “The company already has a great reputation in the industry—we had a current member and a new vendor come to us individually to recommend that we bring Dallas Sight and Sound into the HTSA fold. We’re thrilled to welcome them to the group.”

Dallas Sight and Sound was founded by Rogers in 1984. Rogers was one of the fewer than 100 founding members of the CEDIA.

Dallas Sight and Sound join Stereo East as HTSA’s Texas-based members.
