HTSA Announces New Dealer Members

Also announces appointment of a new PR Firm and hints toward the group’s 2022 plans.

Jon Robbins, executive director of Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) has announced the addition of three new members and has previewed some of the group’s plans for the year. The new members are Chelsea Audio Video of Beaverton, OR; Integrated AV of Edmond, OK; and Opus Audio Video Control located in North Haven, CT.

HTSA has also announced the appointment of CATalyzing Communications, Inc. (CCI) as the new PR and social media firm of record effective January 2022. CATalyzing has been the primary marketing resource for HTSA since 2016 and has contributed key HTSA engagement initiatives such as HTSA’s website, the online B2C Technology Budgeting Tool, dealer co-branded Home Technology + Lifestyle Guide, Insight Magazine creative, and an array of exclusive HTSA dealer and vendor content for all platforms.

HTSA closed 2021 releasing a new Building Client Loyalty Playbook devoted to furthering its dealer members’ progress and success. Created by Keith Esterly, chief learning architect, this resource has been so well received that HTSA had a second production run in the same month.
