HTSA Continues to Expand Member Roster

Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) has further expanded of its membership roster with the addition of six new dealers since the conclusion of their Spring Members Conference just weeks ago.

Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) has further expanded of its membership roster with the addition of six new dealers since the conclusion of their Spring Members Conference just weeks ago. This new set of members is in addition to the six new dealers who joined just prior to the conference.

HTSA’s Spring Members Conference, held this year in San Diego, was described by some participating vendor partners and members as a passionate, energetic, and impactful meeting. At that event, the organization noted it was enjoying strong growth on all fronts, including: an expanding number of members, an increasing number of vendors partnering with the group, and growth in the total amount of members’ purchases from HTSA vendor partners. The organization views these results as a validation of re-engineered group initiatives brought on by executive director Jon Robbins when he was appointed 18-months earlier.

“We’ve always viewed HTSA as the upper echelon of buying groups. For us, joining HTSA was an opportunity to be included with some of the best dealers in the industry,” said Mark Bolduc, president of Wicked Smart Homes in Florida. “We are excited to be able to share best practices with some of the highest performing integrators in the country. And even though we’re so busy, Jon has gotten us out of our comfort zone—in a good way—and we are taking advantage of HTSA’s excellent educational programs.”

With these new dealers, HTSA now features a total of 75 members with no fewer than 116 locations. HTSA members are selling and installing high-end AV and home automation systems in all major markets across the U.S.

“This particular group of new members is a great example of the level of dealer quality we find interested in joining HTSA,” said Jon Robbins, executive director of Home Technology Specialists of America, Inc. “Each of them understands the value of driving the high-performance AV and home automation business segments, and each of them fit right into our group business model and culture. As we continue to grow HTSA, the consistent quality of our member profile will become more and more obvious. I anticipate great contribution from these market-leading dealers – all of our members benefit from enriched best practices sharing with fresh ideas from prominent dealers such as these new like-minded members.”
