HydraConnect LLC has opened a dealer-only web store to facilitate purchases of the company’s products 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
The store will offer HydraConnect’s HDMI processors—HSS-2 and HSS-3—as well as its extender products, multi-zone amps, and extender mounting systems. Dealers can sign up to obtain access by visiting the company’s web site and clicking on the “Dealer Access” tab. Once their application has been reviewed to ensure that they are a verified automation system dealer, they will receive an email granting them access.
“This site makes life much easier for our dealers. They can now place orders whenever it is convenient. Additionally, they can avoid having to go through the lengthy process of issuing a PO and e-mailing it—just a few button clicks and you are done. Weekday orders ship the same day if submitted by 4 p.m. MST, inventory permitting,” said David Schanin, president of HydraConnect LLC.
“A web store also allows us to expand our product offerings to further complement our HDMI Processor and HDMI extender product lines. For example, we will shortly be adding cables to our offering at a very competitive price point. Finally, by having a Dealer Only web site, we protect dealer’s confidential information.”
