“iBAHN’s proprietary research indicates that hotel guests value the investment that companies like the Dorchester Hotel Group are making in technologies to continuously improve their away-from-home experience,” said Graeme Powell, managing director of iBAHN’s EMEA region. “And, our research further indicates that these advanced technology offerings will help hotels to build guest satisfaction and loyalty.”
The Control4 Hospitality Solution is integrated with the iBAHN on-screen user interface using iBAHN’s IPTV solution in three new Dorchester Hotels, including 45 Park Lane in London, and the Hotel Bel Air and Beverly Hills Hotel, both in Los Angeles. Through this integration guests will be able to control lighting, HVAC, blinds, and wake-up settings by using the iBAHN integrated user interface and providing them with a single interface to control their personal guest room experience.
“We are truly excited about the integration with the iBAHN IPTV solution,” said Paul Williams, vice president of Hospitality for Control4. “TheControl4 Hospitality Solution brings top hospitality system providers additional options and offerings to their platforms, proving Control4 a reliable choice for control extensibility. iBAHN continues to set the standard for high quality media content delivery to the hotel room but the ability to now control lighting, HVAC, blinds and wake-up settings from the same simple user interface becomes another great option for potential Control4 and iBAHN customers alike.”
