A new company catalog from ICE Cable Systems was designed to help its dealers make more-informed structured wiring buying decisions.
Available in webzine and PDF formats at www.icecable.com, the 34-page catalog provides a detailed overview of the company’s products and its adherence to safety and performance standards, including UL, ETL, RoHS and HDBaseT. The design layout is much like a high-end car brochure, according to the company.
”The goal of the catalog is to provide a comprehensive yet easy-to-read piece that will help dealers develop a stronger understanding of the many types of structured wiring, connectors and accessories that we offer, and why our adherence to safety and performance standards such as UL, ETL, RoHS, and HDBaseT is so crucial for their businesses,” said ICE Cable Systems president Brian Rizzo. “To achieve this we are utilizing a layout reminiscent to what you might find in a BMW or Mercedes brochure where the first pages are emotional with cars in action, sensation, speed (all very broad), followed by an exploded view of the engine, and as you get further in it breaks things down to the nitty gritty.”
The catalog features sections on product highlights, product listings (descriptions, colors, compatibilities), an in-depth look at cable standards and performance, competitors’ cross-reference chart, and how ICE makes premium cable.
