ihiji has appointed five veteran independent sales representative organizations to take its cloud-based remote in-home electronic systems monitoring solution, called invision, to the residential electronics systems contractor channel.

The sales representative organizations appointed are:

• LP Hench Co., Mike Hench – FL, AL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN and Puerto Rico

• Dobbs-Stanford Corp., Woody Taylor and Fred Dobbs – TX, OK, AR, LA
• CDMI, John Russell – IL, Eastern WI
• Performance Plus Marketing, Michael Levy – CO, NM, UT, WY, ID, MT
• Current Marketing, Paul Epstein – Arizona and Clark County, NV

invision is designed to interface with in-home electronic systems including (but not limited to) entertainment, network, HVAC, and lighting. invision monitors critical aspects of system components (as well as equipment that commonly requires servicing in the form of resetting, repair or replacement) thereby granting residential electronics systems contractors the ability to remotely monitor, service and maintain their client’s systems, the company says.

Examples of typically monitored aspects are a component’s general availability; temperature; hard drive status; projector bulb life; ink/toner levels; processor loads and memory availability.

“Simply put, the ability for residential electronics systems contractors to run more proactive and profitable business operations is more important than ever,” sales representative Mike Hench said. “We are excited at the opportunity to help dealers reach new heights.”
