“When we first started Daisy, we visited the Indy market because we knew it had incredible potential,” says Hagan Kappler, Daisy co-founder and CEO. “Partnering now with Mike Major, a respected name with deep roots and a strong reputation in the integration community, is a wonderful step forward for our team and for clients in the region.”

“What drew me to Daisy was the shared commitment to doing things the right way,” says Major. “Taking care of clients, investing in our teams, and raising the bar for what great service looks like. Joining Daisy gives us access to resources and support that allow us to focus on what we do best: delivering amazing experiences for our customers.”

With the addition of the Indianapolis location, Major joins Daisy’s growing network of owners and franchise partners across the country. Daisy’s model offers integrators access to a full suite of centralized business resources, including marketing and sales support, a comprehensive technology platform, financial and operations tools, accounting, technician recruiting, and ongoing business coaching.

One of Daisy’s most recent innovations is DaisyCare, its signature ongoing services program that provides proactive, recurring smart home support. The program has been successfully piloted in multiple markets and will soon launch nationwide, giving franchise partners like Major an opportunity to grow their business and better meet customer needs.
