Integra Establishes New Support Unit

The new support system will improve installation efficiency.

Upper Saddle River, NJ–Integra has launched its new Premium Dealer Support initiative which provides Integra’s direct dealers with enhanced full-system design and troubleshooting support to improve installation efficiency.

The primary technical support contact for the new program will be Brian Sandifer, Integra’s recently appointed System Design Specialist. Sandifer, who has worked as both a project manager and installation specialist for the past five years, is intimately acquainted with all major home automation and control systems, including AMX, Crestron, Lutron, LiteTouch, and Panasonic digital and analog PBX systems.

“To be of real value to custom installers, we have to do much more than just support black boxes,” said Integra product and marketing manager Eric Harper. “With the diverse technologies and products being installed today by our dealers, we also have to support how Integra products integrate within these complex home systems. The Integra Premium Dealer Support program addresses the real day-to-day problems that installers face in the field. Not only do we give them timely and knowledgeable support for our own products, but we also support their integration with the control and distribution systems they use most often. Its like having a systems specialist on every crew.”

Integra’s Premium Dealer Support is available only to authorized direct Integra dealers. For more information and the support contact information, dealers should contact their manufacturer’s representative or refer to the Integra support website via
