ITC Adds Russian Presence

ITC inks new distributor agreement with the marvel-distribution company in Russia.

Irvine, CA — ITC (Instant Tool-less Connectors), a division of The Quest Group (parent company of AudioQuest), has extended the reach of its sales and support networks for its tool-less line of connectors to Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. As another key step in the company’s strategy for aggressive worldwide growth, ITC has concluded agreements with one of the region’s largest distributors, the Marvel-Distribution Company.

Partnering with Marvel-Distribution is a strategic move toward introducing ITC’s innovative solutions to the worldwide market. Current crimp and compression termination systems require multiple tools or dies. ITC’s connectors, however, do not require a tool for termination. For residential and commercial AV system installers, the ITC tool-less system reduces termination time, complexity, and failure rate for a savings of time and money.

“At Marvel-Distribution, we are prudent in our business alliances, choosing to team only with recognized industry leaders, thus ensuring innovative and high-quality solutions for our clients,” said Sergey Fomin, audio-video department director at Marvel-Distribution. “To that end, we are honored to be representing ITC and its tool-less line of connectors. With ITC’s products, we can meet the demands of commercial and residential installers of A/V systems, while helping them to cut costs without sacrificing quality.”

Marvel-Distribution has been operating in the Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States markets for 17 years. One of the region’s biggest broad-line distributors of A/V and computer equipment, the company’s dealer network includes 2,160 companies in 130 Russian cities. Based in St. Petersburg, Marvel-Distribution offers short delivery times from abroad, comprehensive technical support for partners, and education and authorization programs organized together with manufacturers.

“Partnering with such a distinguished distributor as Marvel-Distribution will be instrumental in establishing our presence in the consumer electronics markets in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States,” said William Low, CEO of The Quest Group. “Marvel-Distribution has a well-earned reputation for quality and superb technical support, and we are very excited to have them representing our product line.”
