Mack joins Crestron from Gain Capital Group where he managed the company's social media and mobile strategy, as well as their educational product line. As social media manager, Mack will expand Crestron’s social footprint through increased engagement in established networks and entrance into new social channels.

Mack has nine years experience in sales and marketing. He began his career in sales, at Garmany, an independent luxury retailer based in Red Bank, NJ. Mack then moved on to Gain Capital Group, a leading online foreign exchange dealer, working in sales before moving to marketing. At Gain, Mack was instrumental in the development of the company's mobile product line, including the successful development and launch of their iPhone app, as well as their foray into social media. Mack also serves as a frequent guest lecturer on Social Media strategy at New York University.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jeffrey to our dynamic team at Crestron,” said Crestron director of marketing, Vin Bruno. “We are certain that Jeffrey's expertise will increase brand awareness and drive market demand through daily engagement in the online community.”

In this role, Mack will be responsible for developing Crestron's social media strategy, while managing all of Crestron's existing social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, FlickR, and the corporate blog, CrestronConnected.

“As a long-time fan of Crestron, I'm very excited to be part of their team," said Mack. "Crestron is a true innovator and leader in automation and I can't wait to share our amazing products, culture, and news with the online community.”
