Jetbuilt has announced a new vendor program to transform how manufacturers engage with integrators and participate in the project lifecycle. Developed in collaboration with Sean Wargo and Lee Dodson of Apogee Insight, the initiative will be formally introduced at ISE 2026 and is designed to provide earlier, data-informed collaboration between manufacturers and integrators.
In 2025, Jetbuilt supported more than 45,000 customers, representing $9 billion in unique project values across various stages of development on the platform. Based on this trajectory, Jetbuilt is expected to facilitate more than $50 billion in audiovisual projects over the next three years. At this scale, Jetbuilt provides manufacturers with visibility into real integrator workflows and active market demand.
Jetbuilt’s enhanced vendor program introduces a framework to align manufacturers and integrators earlier in the project lifecycle, creating shared visibility and more informed decision-making before purchasing decisions are finalized. Rather than relying on traditional promotional models, the program is built around actionable insights drawn from real integrator activity, supporting clearer product comparisons and more effective system design.
With this level of scale, Jetbuilt currently supports more than 120,000 active projects across the global AV industry, a figure that continues to grow year after year, capturing data on bidding activity, system design, and project progression. The redesigned vendor program leverages this foundation to transform project-level insights into shared value, enabling manufacturers to understand where their products are being considered while supporting integrators with earlier, more informed design decisions.
“For the first time, manufacturers will be able to see how their products move through real projects at meaningful scale,” says Paul Dexter, chief executive officer and founder of Jetbuilt. “With tens of thousands of integrators managing billions of dollars in projects on Jetbuilt each year, increased and earlier visibility creates an opportunity to contribute value earlier, in ways that support integrators and improve outcomes for everyone involved.”
Jetbuilt’s program is designed to move beyond reporting and into practical influence. Manufacturers will be able to identify patterns across active opportunities and understand where product positioning, education, or technical support can meaningfully affect project outcomes. The objective is to help integrators work more efficiently while giving manufacturers a clearer, data-driven view of real-world demand.
Apogee Insight assisted Jetbuilt in the development of the data-driven framework for the new vendor program. Drawing on its expertise in market intelligence and industry analysis, Apogee Insight helped shape how project-level data could be translated into actionable insights that support earlier, more informed collaboration between manufacturers and integrators.
“This is a long-term shift in how manufacturers engage with the market,” says Sean Wargo, principal for Apogee Insight. “Jetbuilt sits at the center of integrator workflows, from pipeline to project delivery. Their scale and growth gives them a unique responsibility and opportunity to support better decisions earlier in the process, without compromising data integrity or integrator trust.”
As part of the rollout, Jetbuilt has introduced an early participation group of manufacturers collaborating closely to help shape the program’s structure and long-term direction. The participants are gaining early access to new capabilities and providing feedback that informs how the model evolves. By enabling manufacturers to better understand where projects are forming and how products are being evaluated, the program supports a more connected and informed industry environment.
