Leaf, a custom brand of HD audio/video distribution and switching solutions, has hired three new employees within the sales, technical support and marketing departments.

With a focus on strengthened brand recognition and the steady cultivation of an increasingly agile North American presence, Leaf aims to broaden its reach, making the company’s AV solutions and personalized support services widely accessible to a range of global consumers.

With business development across North America stronger than ever, and new product introductions on the horizon, Leaf has welcomed the opportunity to add seasoned professionals to their team, whom are fully ready and equipped to support the brand’s robust growth.

“Leaf has always prided itself on hiring the right people at the right time. Those who can help us think outside the box, breathing new life into marketing strategies, adding enhanced service to our technical support and introducing us to new and exciting partnerships,” said Dean Vaughan, director of sales and marketing at Leaf. “With steady and momentous growth occurring in the U.S. and Canada, we felt the need to support our expansion with professionals who add value to our brand and our end-users’ experiences. We are thrilled to welcome such highly skilled professionals that will help us continue to propel the Leaf brand further and support ongoing growth for years to come.”

North American Sales
Randy Taylor – North American Commercial Sales Manager
Randy’s expertise and longtime industry history will play a pivotal role as Leaf prepares to introduce a wealth of new commercial products to the U.S. Randy first entered the CE industry working with Klipsch, where his knack for building mutually beneficial relationships with a broad range of clientele led to dramatically increased sales and responsibility. Throughout his time at Klipsch, Randy was twice awarded “Salesman of the Year” while consistently tackling new regions, landing coveted accounts, and growing Klipsch’s reach across various markets. Randy later fulfilled an 11-year stint as VP of National Sales for Definitive Technology where for the first two years he ran a two man sales team, helping to grow the company in a multi-million dollar AV powerhouse while also forging strategic relationships and incentive programs with Ultimate Electronics, Magnolia, The Pro Buying Group and HTSA. Today, randy joins the Leaf team from his position as a National Sales Manager for all TEAC consumer products; working directly with specialty rep firms managing sales and presentations to warehouse clubs such as Cost co and BJ’s Wholesale club along with key catalog customers including Hammacher Schlemmer and Frontgate.

“This is an exciting time for Leaf as we prepare to launch a new wave of products in the U.S.,” said Dean Vaughan, director of sales and marketing at Leaf. “With Randy leading the adoption of our new commercial solutions, he will be instrumental in this process; helping to vet and attain strategic business opportunities, while shaping relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors. We are thrilled to welcome all of our new team members and looking forward to continued company growth.”
