Lennox International Taps VP for Mexico Operations

Dave DeRoussel has extensive experience in the Mexican market and will be based in Dallas.

Dallas, TX–Lennox International has appointed Dave DeRoussel to the position of vice president, Mexico Operations. He reports directly to Doug Young, president and COO, LII Residential Heating and Cooling, and will be based in Dallas.

“We are pleased to welcome Dave to LII, Young said. “His background is ideally suited to lead our new Mexico operations.

Most recently, DeRoussel was responsible for the manufacturing operations of Carrier Commercial in Monterrey, Mexico. Prior to his assignment in Mexico, he was the operations manager at Carrier’s McMinnville, TN facility. He also served as a business unit leader for Pratt & Whitney in their cooled vanes and airfoil cooling products, and began his career with Fluor Daniel as a project controls engineer and team leader.

DeRoussel is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Human Resource Management. He earned his MBA from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
