Liberty Expands Customer Service

Cable and connectivity manufacturer increases staff and technical expertise available to AV market.

Colorado Springs, CO — Liberty Wire & Cable has expanded its customer service department in response to what the company says is a continuing surge of growth in demand for its 7,000-plus products.

The National Customer Service Departments staff has been expanded to a total of 18 professionals serving at its headquarters in Colorado Springs. This allows Liberty to handle a greater volume of calls, and process orders faster and more accurately.

Our expanded customer service department allows us to respond to more calls more quickly, meeting the increase in our customers orders and technical needs in a timely manner, said Mike Foster, Liberty customer service manager. It also reflects Liberty Wire & Cables substantial growth as a leader in the AV industry, and its continuing investment in the AV marketplace.

The departments expansion will help the company sustain growth by maintaining its ability to deliver products in 48 hours or less, with 99 percent accuracy.
