Kirk Horlbeck will chair the Association's new Manufacturer's Action Team.

Colorado Springs, CO–Liberty Wire & Cable’s Kirk Horlbeck has been appointed as chairman of a newly constituted Manufacturers Action Team for the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA). Horlbeck is Libertys Senior Vice President for Corporate Marketing & International Business Development.

The new Manufacturer Action Team serves CEDIA’s newly organized Associated/Affiliate Member Council (AAMC) in an expanded council structure recently approved by the association. The council structure was updated to increase representation and dialogue with all CEDIA participants, including its manufacturer members.

Within the new AAMC structure, goals for the Manufacturer Action Team include establishing metrics to better measure the growth of the A/V industry, and encouraging broader participation by manufacturers in industry activities.
