Liberty Wire Builds New Customer Center

Liberty Wire & Cable has begun construction of a new national customer service center at its headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Colorado Springs, CO-Liberty Wire & Cable has begun construction of a new national customer service center at its headquarters in Colorado Springs, and also increased its warehouse capacity by 20 percent.

The announcement comes as Liberty positions itself for further growth in demand for its vast array of wire and cable products. Demand for Liberty products has increased by more than 30 percent in each of the past four years.

The new Customer Service Center is designed to better serve the needs of Liberty customers, and their accelerating demand for wire and cable products. Located at Liberty’s Colorado Springs headquarters, the Center will house more than 20 new customer-service associates, and provide Liberty with increased order processing capacity and an expanded customer service footprint.

“With Liberty’s expanded coverage, both residential and commercial customers will have an easier time placing and checking on orders,” said Mark Guillan, Liberty’s new customer service manager. “Our new call center will speed our order delivery cycle.”

“Liberty is a strong part of the professional AV market, and our investment in a new customer service center demonstrates our commitment to the marketplace and our customers,” added Kirk Horlbeck, senior vice president of marketing.

The expanded warehouse capacity is located at the Colorado Springs headquarters and also at Liberty’s facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. “The dynamic nature of our business requires expanded warehouse capacity to meet growing customer demand,” said Arnold Wadl, Liberty vice president of operations.

“As the complexity of orders grows, it will be essential to also have staging areas for product shipments to continue to sustain Liberty’s growth. Our expanded warehouse capacity brings our products to customers faster,” observed Liberty President and CEO Andy Bergdoll.
