Colorado Springs, CO–Liberty Wire & Cable has established a vast Global Sample Area to allow professional A/V customers to obtain actual samples of wires, cables and connection accessories to ensure their choices are ideally suited to their projects.
The Global Sample Area comprises a kind of three-dimensional catalog of more than 6,000 different Liberty products spread across 2,000 square feet in a dedicated portion of the company’s recently expanded warehouse facility in Colorado Springs.
“The Global Sample Area lets customers carefully examine products they plan to use in installations to make sure they have the correct fit, form and function,” said Kirk Horlbeck, Liberty senior vice president for corporate marketing & international business development. “This allows our products, to, in effect, be the heroes–to get into the hands of our customers before they make financial commitments. It’s another way we assure total customer satisfaction.”
