Last month, LiteTouch announced to its customer and representative base new enhancements to the LiteTouch product warranty and repair process, enhancing both the Lifetime Warranty and Repair Process continues that tradition of customer commitment.

Enhancements include a minimum three-year warranty regardless of owner status.

If damage does occur to LiteTouch equipment as a result of installation error or other items outside of LiteTouch control, standard repair prices for each set of equipment is now printed right in the LiteTouch List Price Sheet. If it can’t be fixed, it will be replaced for the same price.

LiteTouch also offers new online registration tools and coverage verification process and online sales and order tracking.

“The LiteTouch Warranty has come to represent the LiteTouch culture and commitment to high quality components, robust product design, and unmatched customer service,” said John Worden, who was named president and CEO of LiteTouch in early 2009. “Early this year, we asked key customers for feedback on how we could improve our warranty and repair experience, and we are very pleased with the results.”

All LiteTouch products carry a lifetime warranty, including specialty wired, low voltage systems, wireless products and single room control equipment.
