The company's CEO has purchased its co-founders interest in the lighting control firm.

Salt Lake City, UT–LiteTouch Inc.’s president and CEO Don J. Buehner has purchased co-founder Bill Jones’ interest in the company.

“All who know Bill, an electrical engineer and Harvard MBA, appreciate his exemplary foresight and his 40 year contribution to innovative and dependable residential lighting control products; A real industry pioneer,” said Buehner.

Buehner has chosen an operating team that will include: Doug Wilson as vice president, who will also serve on the board of directors; Doug Campbell as director of sales and distribution; Angie Larson as director of marketing; and Eric Seljaas as director of operations.

Buehner received his undergraduate and graduate MBA degrees from Brigham Young University. His experience includes being a product specialist with Franklin Covey, a producer of productivity improvement products, and a financial analyst with Payless ShoeSource. In 1998 he returned to Utah and subsequently accepted the LiteTouch position of director of operations and later as president and CEO.
