Oxford, U.K.–Path Group Plc are in the final stages of a management buy out of the company by its top management staff.
Path Group is based in Oxfordshire with a twenty-five year history designing, manufacturing and marketing premium accessories in the Hi-Fi and Audio/Video industry. The group owns and manufacturers IXOS. Path also distributes Case Logic throughout the UK while providing OEM design and supply-chain management services for PC and AV accessories for many other companies worldwide.
Financing was provided by a London-based venture capitalists Beringea, the original founders of the Path and Venture Structured Finance Ltd, a division of ABN AMRO. All legal services were provided by Field Seymour Parkes. James Cowper of Thames Valley provided all professional and financial advice.
