Snohomish, WA–Sunfire Corp., a designer and manufacturer of A/V components, home theater solutions and subwoofers for the custom installation and retail markets, has appointed Mark Weisenberg as general manager. Weisenberg will be responsible for company-wide product development, research and engineering, and sales and marketing.
An industry veteran of more than 27 years, Weisenberg is a seasoned executive manager with a successful record in channel sales, systems integration, corporate marketing, product development and strategic planning.
Most recently, Weisenberg served as national sales director for Integra, a division of Onkyo. There, he was credited with orchestrating and driving the company’s U.S. sales and marketing programs and policies, effectively doubling Integra’s sales within three years while overall component sales in the CE industry remained relatively flat.

Prior to Integra, Mark was vice president of new market development at Speakercraft, and vice president of marketing and sales at Sonance. He has also spent 10 years with Luxman Audio, departing as director of sales and marketing and was also a vice president at California Audio Labs, and a sales manager with Infinity Systems.
