Price Changes Shift Business Model for Partners

Meridian America (MAI), has restructured its price model for key products available in the U.S. and Canada. The new pricing structure includes products from all categories offered by Meridian, including Meridian Digital Theater, Music Systems, and DSP Loudspeakers.

“These bold price moves are a key component of our new Design and Specification Service,” said MAI’s vice president, Ken Forsythe. “This complimentary service, introduced by MAI at CEDIA 2015, provides system design and recommendations, integration, and wiring diagrams. Now our partners have the opportunity to engage with new customers, offering them detailed, custom proposals of competitively priced systems—such as DSP Loudspeaker-based theater systems starting at $20,000, and DSP Loudspeaker-based music systems starting at $5,000.”

MAI has crafted a multifaceted approach to help build business for its partners in 2016 and beyond. “We are investing in our partners to extend the value of performance, making the Meridian Audio experience more widely available,” Forsythe continued. “MAI further adds value with the superior support, before and after the sale, for all products we offer.”
