Meridian will conclude will its multi-city Summer Road Show with a final stop at its office in Austell, Georgia, September 9-11. The three-day event will coincide with the 2009 CEDIA EXPO being held in Atlanta.
“CEDIA has always been and will continue to be a valued partner for Meridian; however given our targeted goals this year, the Meridian facility provides the most compelling opportunity for valued time with our dealers,” Meridian America CEO, Peter Wellikoff, said. “It’s important we provide the tools necessary to not only compete in this market, but to succeed. We’ve invited our key accounts to attend this unique presentation in an environment that’s conducive to getting business done. We’re also proud to host a gala event to show our appreciation for our key customer and partners.”
Among the activities on the final stop will be training sessions on basic-level installation as well as sales courses for System Design, to show dealers the different levels of Meridian Digital Theaters available and how to graduate customers to higher tier options. Meridian will provide multiple product demonstrations featuring key products including Reference 810 Video System, a new version Meridian Sooloos as well as the full line of audio and video products. Attendees will also be treated a visionary lecture series, by Bob Stuart and Enno Vandermeer, on the future of digital audio, content and delivery.
“In the current economy it’s critical to spend wisely,” Wellikoff added, “we’re not pulling back resources—rather, we’re allocating them differently, doing more regional events to provide dealers with personalized service that yields better results for everyone.”
On Sunday, September 13, Meridian America will hold a special demonstration of the Meridian Digital Theater for the Audio Video Club of Atlanta. Meridian staff members volunteer their weekend time to host the local clubs, providing demonstrations and informational sessions throughout the year.
