Once live, the Ethereal.com website will focus on usability and direct buying, according to the company.
In support of the flagship HDMI solutions and Power Products, the new website showcases product lines through product videos, illustrations, and an expanded photo gallery. Customers can create a user account to track product purchasing and receive support, while unique dealer accounts provide access to training and marketing information for distributors.
Ethereal.com comes complete with social networking integration and a link to subscribe to the Ethereal YouTube channel.
From the product page, customers can locate support information using a direct link located near the product description. Related products are readily available to complete the shopping list for a custom installation. From the main page, users can utilize the six top tabs or the footer menu to access a wide range of services from ordering exclusive Ethereal products, to downloading the latest product catalog. Product registration is available via a direct link on the product page or on the support section of the site.
The e-commerce capabilities on Ethereal.com allow customers and dealers to buy directly from Ethereal.
