Milestone AV Technologies, the designer and manufacturer of Chief, Sanus Systems, and Raxxess brand AV accessories, is simplifying how its sales organization takes products to market, moving from brand-specific sales teams to consolidated sales responsibility across all three brands: Sanus, Chief and Raxxess.

The move, according to the company, will enable Milestone to be a more integrated partner with its customers in the residential market and provide them with a more clear and comprehensive approach to the sales and service of its mounts, AV furniture, and rack products.

"We are excited about this change in how we do business" Milestone consumer brands general manager Jim Wohlford said. "Having a single point of contact for all three brands is essential to meeting the complex needs of our current and prospective customers. It allows us to more clearly communicate our 'total solution' offering to the market and provide customers with more comprehensive product and support options."

In each of five regions of the country, a Milestone regional sales manager will now have responsibility for selling all Milestone products to Home AV dealers in conjunction with select manufacturers' rep firms.

"As we've expanded our brand portfolio, the opportunity to simplify the way we go to market became clear,” Milestone commercial brands general manager Steve Durkee said. “It not only provides our customers a more comprehensive product offering, but it also ensures that we can more efficiently meet their needs as we continue to grow."
