Mocap has released its X-TREME tape, a new self-fusing silicone tape. The tape offers a 300 percent stretch seal to insulate electrical and communication connections.
The X-Treme tape fuses chemically to itself, with no heat gun necessary.
According to the company, the X-TREME tape has no adhesive to deteriorate as the tape fuses chemically to itself, and no heat guns are needed.
The X-TREME tape will be distributed through industrial supply houses, and online retail sites such as Harbor Freight. The tape is also available directly through the company by emailing sales@mocap.com.
