Incline Village, NV–MusicGiants, a leader in HD music downloads, has unveiled an expansive catalogue of HD music without digital rights management (DRM) from the Concord Music Group. Early last month, MusicGiants launched its first DRM-free offering with the release of Paul McCartney’s latest album, Memory Almost Full, from Concord Music Group.
The Concord Music Group encompasses an incredible collection of iconic record labels including Prestige, Riverside, Stax, Milestone, Concord, and Telarc among many others. The rosters include renowned catalog artists such as Miles Davis, Creedence Clearwater Revival, John Coltrane, and Louis Armstrong in addition to such current artists as John Fogerty, Sergio Mendes, Kurt Elling, Jane Moneit, and Angie Stone, just to name a few. The collection offered on MusicGiants includes an array of tracks, albums, and artists from the widely popular blues and jazz genres. Several of the DRM-free albums are also available in Super HD (re-mastered DVD Audio or SACDs available in either 5.1 surround sound or 2.0 stereo), the highest sound quality available anywhere.
Downloads will be available from the MusicGiants online music store or through MusicGiants’ exclusive Concierge program. MusicGiants Concierge packages are delivered to customers on a hard drive and are designed for easy “plug and play” operation through a USB 2.0 connector. The drives are compatible with any PC operating on a Windows platform and offer an ideal experience when used as a media center application.
