Nice has named Danielle Karr as its new vice president of marketing for North America and Daniel Antolin as its CFO.

With an extensive career spanning Vivint, Control4, Snap One, and more, Karr brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of creating engaging, customer-centric marketing strategies. Her expertise in building meaningful connections with partners and delivering impactful campaigns will further strengthen the company’s dedication to empowering the dealer network for Nice.

This leadership change also marks a new direction for Mark Owen Burson, who has been instrumental in shaping the Nice North America marketing efforts through the company’s acquisition of Nortek Security & Control and multiple brand transitions to the Nice name. Burson now leads the company’s ProAV Solutions division, a rapidly expanding sector with significant opportunities for partners. His expertise will help Nice redefine the ProAV space and provide new growth avenues for its dealer network.
Daniel Antolin
Antolin brings with him over 20 years of solid financial experience, developed in senior roles in the banking and industrial sectors on a global scale. His career includes leadership positions at Bank of America, FCA Group, Opel, British Steel and, most recently, as Vice President and CFO of Marelli’s Propulsion Solutions division.
Throughout his career, Antolin has successfully led significant finance transformation initiatives, achieving key milestones such as increased operational efficiency, increased profitability, and supporting business growth. His proven ability to navigate complex environments and lead diverse teams makes him a key asset to Nice as the company embarks on the next phase of international expansion.
A Spanish national, Antolin has lived and worked in several key markets for Nice’s development, including Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the United States, South Africa, and Brazil. This extensive international experience gives him a unique perspective for managing financial operations in diverse cultural and economic contexts.
Antolin holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Universidad del País Vasco and an MBA from the University of Turin, giving him a solid academic foundation in corporate leadership.
