Niles Appoints Product Training Director

Ten-year industry professional, Gary Blouse, will guide new education programs.

Miami, FL–Gary Blouse has joined Niles Audio as its director of product training. A 10-year industry veteran, Blouse brings previous experience as a custom installer, Niles technical support advisor and trainer and, most recently, director of custom installation training at Tweeter.

In his new role as director of product training, Blouse will kick off Niles new education programs designed to support the 90 new products the company has introduced into the market. Blouses appointment reinforces Niles strategic initiatives that support one of the companys seven Keys to Success Extensive Training and Technical Support. With the companys wide-ranging product lines, training and technical support are critical in ensuring that Niles remains at the industrys forefront and is set apart as a total solutions company.

Blouse enters Niles with a strategic plan for training. He plans to develop curriculum web-based seminars, extended field support and comprehensive application guides, among other initiatives.
