Niles Audio has strengthened its sales and customer support initiatives with the appointments of Gary Blouse and Ken Johnsen to eastern and western regional sales manager, respectively.

In their new positions, Blouse and Johnsen will be responsible for managing sales of Niles’ high-performance, application-specific audio/video custom installation products and accessories throughout their respective territories.

“With their extensive product knowledge and dealer relationships, Gary and Ken will provide our customers with a superior level of service and support,” said Mike Detmer, president of Niles Audio Corp. “Each has a tremendous passion for the custom installation industry and we look forward to utilizing their talents as we continue to strengthen Niles’ commitment to excellence.”

A 29-year industry veteran, Blouse has served as Niles director of product training since 2007. He boasts a background as a custom installer, technical support advisor and trainer, and sales manager.

Johnsen, a member of the Niles team since 1999 and a 27-year industry veteran, transitions to western sales manager after serving as a Niles product manger since 2006. His duties as product manager included leading new developments and innovations for Niles’ IntelliControl ICS systems.
