Nortek Security & Control LLC (NSC), a global leader in smart connected devices and systems for the residential, security, access control, and digital health markets, has apppointed Bruce Mungiguerra as senior vice president of sales and business Development. Reporting to NSC president Mike O’Neal, Mungiguerra will be responsible for the management of sales across all channels worldwide as well as the business development programs to expand product sales for NSC.

A business builder, a team leader and sales focused professional who knows how to build world-class sales organizations, Mungiguerra has more than 20 years of experience in the home and commercial security industry working with many of the same customers served by NSC.
“I am confident that Bruce’s experience and customer focus will result in a new level of channel support that greatly expand business opportunities for our global network of resellers and distribution partners,” O’Neal said.
Mungiguerra comes to NSC from MONI Smart Security, a provider of monitored home and business security system services to residential and commercial customers, where he served in a number of increasingly senior sales positions from 2006 to 2018. Most recently, he served as COO and senior vice president of operations (2012-2018) and was responsible for leading the company’s dealer sales organization and integration of two acquisitions.
Before joining MONI Smart Security, Mungiguerra was with Brink’s Home Security, an American supplier of home security services that was merged with ADT Security Services in 2010. Earlier positions at Brinks included general manager, field operations for the Dallas/Fort Worth Region and senior manager, national sales. From 1988 to 2001 he managed reservation sales at Delta Airlines.
