Phoenix, AZ–OmniMount, the consumer and commercial mounting solutions manufacturer, recently held its 3rd annual international dealer conference, which took place at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix.
Representatives from 19 countries attended the three-day event to share best practices, gain knowledge of new product offerings and discuss business strategies for the remainder of the year. The importance of this conference has grown exponentially as the international business has increased year over year.
This event proves to be more successful and insightful each year, said Scott Ashbaugh, OmniMount director of sales operations, U.S. and export. We take this opportunity to spend valuable time with some of our largest international distributors, educate them on our products and brand marketing efforts and then find innovative ways to support their growing businesses.
Countries represented at this years conference included Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Canada, Australia, Chile, New Zealand, China, Germany, Portugal, Mexico, Israel, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Iceland.
Throughout the conference, time was focused on general product training, discussions of the companys international sales and marketing initiatives, distributor presentations on best practices and valuable one-on-one meetings. Although it was not all work and no play.
While largely informational for all parties, the event is also designed to promote networking and partnership on a global level, explained Geoff Miller, OmniMount executive vice president.
