OneVision Partners With Sonos on Service Programs

New initiative offers account credits to help Sonos dealers launch 24/7 premium service programs.

OneVision and Sonos have launched an initiative to strengthen service capabilities for custom integrators. Both companies share a conviction that great technology experiences don’t end at the point of sale — they depend on reliable products, intuitive support tools, and service models that scale. For integrators, building that service infrastructure can be a heavy lift. This program is designed to lighten that burden, making it easier to deliver the kind of client care that keeps technology owners happy and loyal.

OneVision Partners With Sonos

Through the initiative, eligible Sonos dealers will have the opportunity to fast-track their launch of a premium, 24/7 service offering powered by OneVision. Dealers who join OneVision’s Accelerate tier will receive the following account credits to jump-start their premium 24/7 service program, helping them quickly stand up a world-class service operation without adding overhead:

  • Sonos Silver Dealers: $500 credit
  • Sonos Gold & Platinum Dealers: $1000 credit

And for those who enroll with OneVision by Friday, December 5, 2025, the credit amount will double, up to $1000 for Silver dealers and $2000 for Gold and Platinum dealers.

The credit can be applied to any invoice after onboarding is complete and the dealer is live on the platform.
