On-Q/Legrand Adds Staff

Manufacturer promotes operations and marketing roles.

Harrisburg, PA–On-Q/Legrand, the leader in Home Systems, has promoted four employees to fill key operations and marketing positions within the company. The move is effective immediately, and reflects On-Qs recognition of internal talent and commitment to employee growth.

Fritz Werder, previously the director of purchasing, has been named director of logistics and IT, and will supervise the companys purchasing, customer service, IT, and logistics functions. In addition, Jeffrey Fegley will significantly expand his role as the director of operations and will work in tandem with Werder to oversee On-Qs facilities and overall operations.

Todd Regar, currently in charge of On-Qs retail efforts, will be promoted to director of retail, and will work with On-Qs parent company, Legrand North America, on national retail efforts. Amy Hahnes role as director of marketing for On-Q will be significantly expanded to include overseeing On-Qs strategic marketing efforts as they move through 2008 and beyond.

Together, these key individuals represent 25-plus years of service at On-Q, and many more within our industry. Im thrilled to be able to fill these critical roles from within our own talented team, said Doug Fikse, president and CEO of On-Q/Legrand. On-Q is strong and growing, and these appointments will help us serve our customers, expand our service offering, and connect with new opportunities in the market.

The promotions follow on the heels of transitions by two key On-Q executives to Legrand North America. Steve Schoffstall, formerly vice president of marketing for On-Q/Legrand, was recently promoted to vice
president of marketing for Legrand North America, and Stu Rutherford, previously vice president of operations for On-Q, was named director of
business systems for Legrand North America.
