Panamax/Furman has promoted Jimmy Paschke to director of custom install sales. In his new role, he will develop and implement a new sales strategy for Panamax/Furman’s consumer electronics products in the custom integration channel.
With a focus on establishing the company as a leader in energy management, Paschke is responsible for increasing Panamax/Furman’s market share by promoting the new BlueBOLT energy management platform.
Paschke joined Panamax in April 2008 as the company’s eastern regional sales manager. During that time he increased Panamax/Furman’s dealer base in the East, while bringing on new business from buying group members, the company says. He was also successful in positioning separate Panamax and Furman brands into one unified product line for dealers. As director of custom install sales, his first task will be to hire his replacement in the Eastern region.

I will continue on this course in my tenure, and will start by hiring a talented person who fits our culture to fill the role of eastern regional sales manager.”
