Powerline Control Systems has announced a partnership with Visonic, a manufacturer of wireless home security and safety systems.
Visonic’s product lines span access control, burglar alarm, control panels, wireless alarm equipment, detection devices, sensors and medical alert systems, all of which are compatible with PCS’ PulseWorx lighting controls. Installers can now integrate PCS and Visonic products on the same site to offer end-users simple automation.
“Homes are using several different systems that all operate independently and, unfortunately, are not usually integrated,” said Scott Klodowski, director of sales and marketing for PCS. “When two leading companies work together the end-user and installer usually benefit.”
“By sharing our technologies and aligning our systems, we’ve created an alliance in which installers and consumers are the real winners,” said Mark Ingram, president of Visonic. “Independently, both of our solutions are easy to install and operate, but making them compatible gives confidence to the installer that their entire system will work well.”
