Following on the heels of a recent addition of 11 rep firms in the U.S., Philips Pronto has added Associated Network Systems Representatives (ANSR) to help its dealers in the U.S. market.

Hired to represent the Northern California and Nevada markets, ANSR provides a traditional rep/dealer relationship with more than 600 CEDIA integrators and retailers in its market, as well as long-term relationships with the various residential and commercial specification communities. ANSR is also a significant factor in guiding electrical contractors to CEDIA Standards design, installation, and business practices, according to Pronto.

Pronto says that the hiring of these firms is just the first step that the company is taking to ensure its dealers have all the tools that they need to be successful.

Over the past year, Pronto has been expanding its training program. The company is currently running a series of webinars and will soon be hitting the road for on-site regional training sessions. Installers participating in training classes can look forward to learning more about effective selling techniques and tools in addition to advanced product support.

Pronto also has expanded the operating hours and bandwidth of its customer service line. For quicker support, the service line will be open Monday through Friday, 10am-9pm EST and Saturday 12pm-7pm EST. The new support number is 888.773.7384.
