Onkyo and Pioneer have released a firmware update for DTS Play-Fi on the MRX-3 Wireless Speaker and the FS-EB70 Elite Network Soundbar System. Firmware updates for network-enabled 2017 Pioneer/Elite AV receivers, entertainment systems and audio components, along with three 2016 Elite Class D3 network AV receivers — SC-LX901, SC-LX801 and SC-LX701 — are due by the end of September.
DTS Play-Fi allows listeners to wirelessly stream music over the home Wi-Fi network to an unlimited number of DTS Play-Fi-compatible speakers.
