Premier Mounts has promoted Rich Pierro to director of manufacturing to oversee in-house manufacturing at Premier Mounts’ facilities here where most of its custom products are designed, manufactured, and packaged.

Pierro was previously business unit manager of the custom products division Premier Dedicated Solutions (PDS), leading a dedicated team of engineers and production staff.
“This expanded role will help position Rich to move forward with integrating the PDS group into the mainstream of Premier Mounts operations,” said Lee Dodson, president of Premier Mounts. “As we continue to expand our manufacturing operations, our flexibility in what and how we produce mounting products will need to grow and Rich will play the key role in taking us there.”
At PDS, Pierro was responsible for establishing and managing the custom-design and manufacturing operation. He also provided services for the design, fabrication, machining, and finishing of metal products to Premier Mounts and outside customers.
