Resi Calls for Stellar Service Entries

For manufacturers and distributors that pride themselves on top-notch customer service and dealer programs and training, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to enter the Fourth Annual Residential Systems Stellar Service Awards.

For manufacturers and distributors that pride themselves on top-notch customer service and dealer programs and training, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to enter the Fourth Annual Residential Systems Stellar Service Awards. Following the nomination process, dealers can vote for their favorite manufacturers based on service categories.

Each manufacturer or distributor can nominate itself for as many categories as it wishes for $250 per entry. All entries will be posted online and voted on by Residential Systems readers during a two-week judging period. The top three vote-getters in each category will be awarded Platinum, Gold, or Silver honors.

Manufacturers and distributors will be judged separately on the same categories:

• Customer Service/General Communications

• Dealer Programs

• Sales/Marketing Support

• Shipping/Freight Policies

• Training Programs

• Warranty/Return Policy/Tech Support

The deadline for submissions is midnight on November 30, 2016. 

Winners will be contacted in December and profiled in the January 2017 issue of Residential Systems magazine.
