Clare Controls will be installed as the base home package in 200 Riverside Homes every year across several communities. The Clare system will enable smart home automation and security options for their customers, providing them a single platform for all their smart home needs.

Undertaking the installation is the integration firm, Redwire Innovation, which is offering its “Simply Connected Home” package that includes a wide selection of features and options for the buyer, as well as provide security system monitoring.
