Robert Keeler Joins Portal

Will serve as director of vendor services for the company. has announced that industry veteran Robert Keeler will join their team as director of vendor services. Portal is best known for its cloud-based proposal tool, which is used by thousands of professional installers.

There’s a growing demand from manufacturers and suppliers to build value-added services, to go beyond the sale of the product and be a better partner for their dealers. Manufacturers now recognize Portal as a key operational tool for a growing percentage of their dealers. We’re happy that they’ll now have Rob as their full-time resource, helping them understand and leverage Portal’s technology.”

Portal’s Vendor Services team works with manufacturers and suppliers to make sure their products are well represented in Portal’s industry catalog, the core of the software for dealers. Portal helps manufacturers communicate to their dealers by syndicating important program and product messaging inside Portal. Additionally, Portal provides vendors with critical market visibility and demand prediction, helping them optimize their supply chain and better serve their dealers.

Keeler’s past positions include senior director, sales, sponsorships, and partnerships for CEDIA; vice president of sales for Stewart Filmscreen; and director of sales, residential, for Screen Innovations.
