Rosewater Energy Group has appointed Jim Guido as the vice president of sales, bringing decades of experience in the audio, video and custom installation business.

Guido will manage RoseWater Energy Group’s sales efforts, including strategic development in bringing the HUB to new markets. He will also hire and train manufacturer representatives, select and train dealers, oversee sales calls with representatives and ensure all sales efforts create a consistent, unmatched sales experience for dealers, representatives and end users. Guido leaves his position at Benchmark Support Services, a value-added distribution company interfacing with custom integrators, building trades, and other entities involved in the construction of luxury homes.

With a career driven by a passion for better audio, video, automation, and security, Guido brings previous experience from his time at Southeast Marketing, Better Sound, Audio Center, and Sound Components. His career in the industry began at Sound Advice, where he was introduced to and trained by Joe Piccirilli, who later started RoseWater Energy Group with Mario Bottero, director for RoseWater.

“I’m honored to join Joe and Mario at RoseWater and I plan to help custom integrators bring RoseWater’s unique technology to their valued clients,” Guido said. “RoseWater offers the only complete solution to addresses power reliability concerns of the sensitive, computer-based control systems and other electronics in the modern, luxury home. These systems contribute amazing enhancements to the homeowner’s lifestyle and security, and with the RoseWater HUB, they’ll have bulletproof reliability.”

“It’s a pleasure to have Jim join our team at RoseWater,” Piccirilli said. “Jim has a passion for high-quality technology with an ability to understand the needs and speak the language of those involved in the building of a luxury home. We are excited to have Jim onboard.”
